as a child growing up, charottes web was a staple in the family room vcr. i loved that movie. when i saw the challenge for scrapmojo, i knew that i had to play along. i just knew it. the only problem was which favorite quote to use,,, i went round and round, searching for the perfect quote to marry with the perfect photo, {thanks for the help mom}!! the outcome?? "im no flibberty-ibberty gibbit! im sitting here and hatching my goslings." perfect for a photo from the hospital that day my girl baby was born. so, here is my take on the scrapmojo challenge; *day 1* i hope you likey,,,

i, sadly, havent played along with scrap mojo for a bit. i think it hasnt been since this. life. huh?? but i wanted to play along with their latest challenge, so, well, i did. here is the prompt,,, part of the prompt was to use a technique youve never done before. as random as it may seem, i, honestly have never colored in on a layout before. go figure. and it turns out, i suck. i cant color worth a lick. art has always been a weakness of mine, oh how i wish i could do better. anyway, so, my *technique* {if you will}, was simply coloring in the little bits and pieces of the sassafrass lass paper. here is *ally*son*. oh, and if youre wondering about the whole ally*son thing,,, my friends have always sang my name ~ like ally*son, and i love it. if it isnt ally, its a song of ally-son,, and i think its cute. anyway, i had this car, pretty rad car {only if you ask me}, but anyway, my license plate said that ~ aly*son ~ and i loved it, and i still do. anyway, thats that, here is my layout for scrapmojo. *allyson*its kinda sorta simple, but i kinda sorta like it that way,,,

I use to watch peter pan when I was a little girl and dream of being Wendy. I wanted so much for Peter and the Lost Boys to be real. Sadly they weren't. There is so much to that story that I love and I thought what a great scrapbook page those things would make. That is our challenge to you. Use ANYTHING from Peter Pan that YOU love. We do mean anything. For the second part of the challenge use a frame some where some how on your page.

moments like yesterday make me happy knowing that really, there arent tooooo many people that read my blog. i wish american crafts *thickers* came with an automatic spell check!!! i have to admit, spelling is a weakness of mine,,, but i can say in all honesty, i *can* spell *GUILTY* without spell check. promise. sorry about that,, and thanks ladies for pointing that out to me!!! i was having a dyslexic moment,,, {p.s. ~ this story just got soooooo rad,,,,,} alright, so it turns out i really *cant* spell guilty,, but i cant erase what i already wrote because then this wouldnt be funny}. i fixed my title, took a picture. looks great!!! did my post,,, hit spell check,,, guess what i *CANT* spell!!!!! yep,, i {ahem} fixed it?!?!?! nope ~ ill fix my layout tomorrow {again} {remember im at the office right now} and re~take the picture and hopefully get this stupid word out of my way!!! poor daniel and sofia, i wont be able to help them with their spelling homework once they reach first grade!!! ahhh,,, i love calling myself out ~ and i love when *you* do toooooo!!!! funny, funny,,,,, yeah, got the letter fixed in a different, not correct way!!!!,,,,
